Charles Dickens
Charles Dickens was arguably the greatest writer in the English language, and some of the finest artists of the time
illustrated his work.
We have prints from the original etchings and engravings by these incredibly talented artists. So far we have processed the
complete set of prints from the original etchings for Pickwick Papers and Little Dorrit. In the fullness of
time we shall process the complete set of prints of all Charles Dickens' work.

Pickwick Papers

Dickens first book, the Pickwick Papers, featured illustrations by Robert Seymour, and, after Seymour's
unfortunate (self inflicted) death, the series was completed by Phiz.

Little Dorrit

The prints for Little Dorrit were all provided by Phiz, between December 1855, and June 1857 in twenty monthly
parts.
